Coworking Program
We help companies transition towards a more flexible work environment. In cooperation with VillageOffice, Switzerland’s largest coworking network, we provide organisations with a mentored Coworking program, including feasibility studies, coaching and storytelling.
Innovation Day
Based on the innovation profile of our client, we organize and moderate an “Innovation Day”, where founders of select technology startups pitch to the client’s executive board. The day serves as a fast-track for decision makers to explore synergies, investment opportunities and product partnerships.
Innovation Guide Book
Based on the book “Inspired at Work” by Sunnie J. Groeneveld, we conduct a workshop in which participants author together an easy-to-follow guidebook that is tailored to their organization. It contains concrete ideas and best practices on how to foster innovation internally.
Future of Work Day
We provide our clients with a practical understanding of how the working world is changing by visiting the most innovative, future-oriented workplaces of Switzerland. Participants discuss onsite with the responsible change agents best practices, lessons learned and how to make it work in their own company.
