Vincent Lyle Tölle is a Managing Partner. Past mandates include working with ETH Zurich to build up the ETH Spin-off community, delivering an Innovation Day for ABB and dpd Switzerland as well as implementing digital solutions for pwc, Leonteq and Takeda. Daniela Landherr
Daniela has worked in several roles for Google. In her previous position she was responsible for employer branding and attracting top technical talent. Daniela lead training sessions and oversaw the onboarding of Google employees from 75 nationalities and cultures, introducing them to Google’s corporate culture, coaching and mentoring them across the globe. She now is an independent consultant for The Human Space.

Victoria Doebbel, International Consultant and Executive Coach
Victoria Doebbel is a Harvard-trained independent international consultant, facilitator, public speaker, trainer, individual and executive team coach based in Switzerland and France. She has over 20 years of experience and worked extensively for Nexum, Arthur D. Little and Intercultural Management Associates.

Mike Fuhrmann
Mike has more than 15 years expertise in Marketing, Branding and Digital Transformation – mainly in the health and financial services industry. Furthermore, Mike is a multiple-award winning screenwriter and fiction producer whose films put a light of social imbalance and minorities. Previously, Mike was working at Generali and responsible for the brand identity and the digital transformation of Generali Switzerland.

Dominik Grolimund, Serial Entrepreneur, Computer Scientist
He is the founder of Refind, which reached millions of users soon after launch. Previously he founded Silp, Wuala, acquired by LaCie in 2009 (acquired by Seagate in 2012). Before that he founded Caleido and studied computer science at ETH Zurich.

Esther-Mirjam de Boer, Board Search
Esther-Mirjam de Boer is the co-owner and CEO of GetDiversity ltd. a consulting boutique for non-executive board search. As an entrepreneur, she is invested in several companies and holds non-executive board mandates in four companies. She serves as president of the association of female entrepreneurs in Switzerland and as board member of the association geschäftsfrau.ch which engages women in mergers and acquisitions. As a columnist for “Handelszeitung” she reflects politics and economics in Switzerland from an outspoken, progressively liberal and female perspective. She is a lecturer, public speaker and facilitator around diversity and leadership on a strategic level.

Christoph Küffer, HR Consulting
Christoph Küffer is the founder of peopleWORKS, an HR consultancy firm specialized in the build-up and further enhancement of the HR function. He has worked for almost 20 years in the HR sector in various positions, organizations and different international locations. With his broad experience, he is supporting management teams in fast growing or changing organizations. In 2012 he initiated the BetterBoss book series: a collection of recipes for more appreciation and enjoyment at work. In 2014 he co-authored the second volume, “Inspired at Work” together with Inspire 925 Managing Partner Sunnie J. Groeneveld.

Prof. Willibald Ruch, Faculty of Psychology, University of Zurich
Professor Willibald Ruch chairs the subject area of personality and assessment at the University of Zürich, Switzerland. He has authored over 200 journal articles and book chapters, co-edited, and co-written five books and taught courses on personality, assessment, positive psychology etc. at different universities. Currently he is working on the assessment of positive psychology traits (e.g., character strengths and virtues; orientations to happiness, cheerfulness, humor) in adults and children/adolescents and how these support the good life. In 2014 he founded the Swiss Positive Psychology Association (SWIPPA).
